| All of our programs require pre-registration. Please register early. |
| Payment in full is due at the time of registration. |
| Send a check or money order, along with a completed Mail-in Form to: |

| You may make an On-line Reservation but payment must be received within five days of the reservation. |
| Please note that telephone registrations cannot be accepted, but feel free to call about space availability, and we can reserve your spot for five days: |

| A program package with meeting place, list of things to bring, lodging options, etc., will be sent upon registration. |
| Refund/Credit Policy |
| No refunds or credits will be given for any cancellations within one week of the program. |
| For cancellations prior to the one week deadline, we must charge a $5.00 administrative fee. |
| One week’s notice, via telephone, is required if you wish to switch classes. |
| We reserve the right to cancel any program with insufficient registrations, or in the case of extreme weather conditions, in which case all payments will be refunded. |
| Due to weather inconsistencies, we may at times change the location or adjust the focus of a program rather than cancel the class. |
| Most programs are held “rain or shine.” |
